We found a great place to stay in Rome. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and close to Ostiense station. It was also really convenient to reach the city center. The room was clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was simple but delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed having Netflix and Disney+ in our room for some relaxing movie nights. it was a fantastic experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The hotel is nicely decorated and carefully designed, with many little things that make life easier. Our room even had an Alexa, a fun surprise. The host, Maurizio, was super responsive and always willing to help. The location is great, very close to the bus stop to the Vatican and just a short walk from the train station. The breakfast provided was abundant and delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Everything is what we need and want.

I recently had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Rome. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities, including air conditioning, which was a welcome relief in the summer heat. The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. a fantastic experience.
The only minor issue I had was some noise from the street outside, but it was easily manageable by closing the windows and curtains.

We had a fantastic stay! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel's location was close to the event we were attending, and we were able to find parking easily. The best part was that we got all of this at a great rate compared to places closer to our destination.
